For every dorky poem
That talks of Kenyan air
Requires that to get it's due
It have a matching pair
In Kenya when you visit
You will come to know my brother
Matatu climbing comes in pairs
One Mat with the other
So it goes with paper bags
Plastically constructed
You'll never find one all alone
Or one that's been corrupted
Na Kenya when you see the sky
.... It has a second sun!
It's colored blue - with polka dots
And lights up everyone
And just like paper bags and suns
All things here come in twos
That's why I'm glad I'm writing this
To tell you folks the news
Another two are on their way
A pair with matching skins
Two blessings who've been tucked away
In April Kenyan Twins!
Two beauties just beyond compare
Who scarcely make much trouble
'Cause God is good - o God is good
He de go double-double

Kenyan Twins
African twins oh
As cute as can be
Gotta bone up
Gotta learn some Swahili
African twins oh
Are brewing within
Can't wait to meet
Little Chloe and Kim
African twins
who were made for TV
Brenda and Brandon
They surely will be
African twins oh
Together for life
Grow up together
Together they'll fight
African twins oh
I can't wait to greet
cute little Paula
and handsome lad Pete
African twins oh
Born out in the bush
Good like oh my brother
I don't think they'll "shush"
African nephews and
African nieces
I'm sorry folks
but I'm falling to pieces
As cute as can be
Gotta bone up
Gotta learn some Swahili
African twins oh
Are brewing within
Can't wait to meet
Little Chloe and Kim
African twins
who were made for TV
Brenda and Brandon
They surely will be
African twins oh
Together for life
Grow up together
Together they'll fight
African twins oh
I can't wait to greet
cute little Paula
and handsome lad Pete
African twins oh
Born out in the bush
Good like oh my brother
I don't think they'll "shush"
African nephews and
African nieces
I'm sorry folks
but I'm falling to pieces
